Warranty Repairs

• Immediate Replacement for Faulty Products
  If a product is found to be faulty out of the box, we will replace it immediately. If replacement stock is unavailable, we will import the product as soon as possible.
• Local Repairs
  All repairs are conducted locally at our repair center in Cape Town.
• Repair Costs
  Repair costs are fully covered by us; however, courier fees (if applicable) are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty
  We honor a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for Laowa cine and photo lenses. Proof of purchase through our authorized distribution channel is required to process warranty claims.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

• Repair and Courier Costs
  For products out of warranty, all repair and courier costs will be borne by the customer.

  We will gladly assist in processing the repair and ensure the product is returned to you once completed.
