Warranty Repairs

• Immediate Replacement for Faulty Products
  If a product is found to be faulty out of the box, we will replace it immediately. If replacement stock is unavailable, we will import the product as soon as possible.
• Local Repairs
  All repairs are conducted locally at our repair centre in Cape Town.
• Repair & Courier Costs
  For products still under warranty, we cover all repair costs and arrange collection at our expense.
  
• Manufacturer’s Warranty
  We honour a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for Laowa cine and photo lenses. Proof of purchase through our authorised distribution channel is required to process warranty claims.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

• Repair and Courier Costs
  For products out of warranty, all repair and courier costs will be borne by the customer.
• Assistance with Repairs
  We will gladly assist in processing the repair and ensure the product is returned to you once completed.
